A service manager is a trusted liaison between client and service technicians. They are the first person our customers think of when they have an automotive issue, and the first person our clients see every time they walk into our facility to make an investment in their vehicle.
A service manager is a dedicated team member that works to maintain a positive, well organized, successful team of service technicians. They are part administrative, and all customer service. The job structure is to drive the business into the shop thru investigating client needs, scheduling the show flow, and creating a client base that returns happy and for life. Service Managers has the additional responsibility to help and support the over all success and goals of the shop.
